Delta Emulator iOS 11

iOS 10 hasn’t been one of the best iOS versions, at least not where jailbreaks are concerned. With just one jailbreak utility released, iOS 10 proved something of a disappointment, especially as that one jailbreak was limited in who could use it.  We can only hope that the recently released iOS 11 download [ext link] proves to be a better bet because there are many users who are missing downloading their favorite emulators from Cydia [ext link]. These emulators let us download and play the old retro games from the PS1, Nintendo, Gameboy, etc.

GBA4iOS was the most popular emulator downloaded from Cydia but, unfortunately, it has now disappeared. However, the developers have been hard at work and have now given us Delta Emulator. It is far more comprehensive than its predecessor with support for more platforms and it is has been updated with support for iOS 11. With no jailbreak required, anyone can download emulators to play games from the following consoles :

  • Super Nintendo
  • Nintendo 64
  • Gameboy Advance
  • Gameboy Color

The developer tells us that he will be adding in more support for other consoles at a later date but much will depend on the popularity of what is already there. The only thing we must advise is that Delta Emulator is in a closed beta testing program but we have managed to find out how you can download it. However, because it is a beta, we make no guarantees that it will work for everyone.

    1. Help -- I downloaded Delta through AppValley (it wasn’t working through the browser save thing) and it downloaded fine. However when I click the plus to add a game, Delta crashes. Please help as I want to play games on it.

  1. I did all the following steps and when I open the app it just takes me to the retro games. emulator works for only few games , why ?

  2. Every time I put it on my home screen and I click on it it brings me to the site please get back to me and help me get the emulator thanks

      1. I’m having the same problem. It seems to me that there must be some apple override that, based on how the add to home screen works on other sites, makes it open through safari instead of how it’s supposed to. Am I right to think this, and if so, is there some way we can override it ourselves?

    1. I’m having a similar problem, could you explain how it works and why it would fail, email me if it’s to be confidential I would really like to know if there’s a way to beat whatever’s triggering safari to show up instead of the app thanks

  3. worked on all my devices. i have a total of 6 ios devices which includes new and old iphones , ipad and ipod touch. 100% works on all devices. previously had gba4ios
